4 Ways to Consume Ashwagandha Powder In Modern Way

To fit an ashwagandha in our daily diet routine here are some recipes that you can try out.

1.Aswagandha Tea. 

2.Aswagandha Milkshake.

3. Aswagandha Balls (Ladoo).

    1.Aswagandha Tea. 


    1.Aswagandha Powder, 




    Procedure To make Ashwagandha Tea: 

    1.Add 1 tablespoon of Ashwagandha root extract into two cups of water, 

    2.Bring it to boil, 

    3.Reduce the quantity to half, 

    4.Add Honey and Milk, 

                                   Your ashwagandha tea is ready to drink you can have it once a day. 

    Avoid honey if you are suffering from diabetes. 

      2.Aswagandha Milkshake. 


      1.Aswagandha Powder, 




      5.Ghee (Purified Butter). 

      Procedure To make Ashwagandha Milkshake: 

      1.Roast 4-5 tablespoon of ashwagandha powder in ghee. 

      2.Add honey as per the sweetness you want. 

      3.Add 1 teaspoon of roosted powder to one glass of milk. 

      4.Mix it properly in a blender for a better test. 

                                     Your ashwagandha Milkshake is ready to drink you can have it once a day. Avoid honey if you are suffering from diabetes. 

        3. Aswagandha Balls (Ladoo). 


        1.Aswagandha Powder, 

        2.Jaggery Powder, 

        3.Black Salt, 


        Procedure To make Ashwagandha Balls (Ladoo): 

        1.Take 2-3 tablespoon of Ashwagandha powder. 

        2.Add 1-2  tablespoon of jaggery powder. 

        3.Add a pinch of black salt and pepper to improve the test. 

        4.Mix the all mixture properly. 

        5.Make the round shape ladoo of this mixture. 

                                                         You can keep this ladoo for 4 days in the refrigerator. 

          4. Ashwagandha Shrikhand. 



          2. Cardamom powder 

          3. Aswagandha Powder 

          4.Honey / Jaggery powder 

          5.Dry Fruits 

          Procedure To make Ashwagandha Shrikhand 

          1.Take a 250gm of curd or the amount of which you want to make a shrikhand. 

          2.Drane a water from the curd using a muslin cloth. 

          3.Add Honey or Jaggery for sweetness according to need. 

          4.Add a pinch of cardamom powder for taste. 

          5.Add Dry fruits. 

                                                       Your ashwagandha shrikhand is ready.
